Return and Refund Policy
Please check the product during delivery. No complain will be acceptable after delivery. During delivery If you see the product is damaged or of wrong size or not the similar product that you ordered, then you can demand for a replacement. In that case please inform us through this Contact Form during delivery. After contacting us if both you and Insaf Plaza think a replacement is needed, we will share the address and request you to return the product in intact condition. Returned product must be in the condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging. We will work with you to secure a replacement if necessary.
